Comrie loves to fiddle!   She works tirelessly on many of our Novelty Cake Designs and often has to be told to STOP! because a cake is never finished until it leaves the studio.

No-one can tie a ribbon as neatly as Comrie and her endless patience and genuine desire to make even the tiniest leaf absolutely perfect make her an invaluable member of the cake decorating team.

Comrie's favourite Wedding Cake recipe is Double Lemon, a cake with perfect crumb texture which is filled with a delicious tangy homemade lemon cheese (curd) filling and freshly made lemon buttercream.
