Jamie is responsible for on-line cake decorating sales and definately has the best telephone voice.
He is intelligent, reliable and has now grown surprisingly knowledgeable about Cake Decorating.
Jamie plans to embark on a great adventure one day very soon, but for now he's locked in the stock room, window barred, till he gets all those cake decorating supplies packaged.
Jamie's favourite cake is Belgian Chocolate Cake, moistened with raspberry coulis and filled with a generous layer of fresh cocoa buttercream.
