Jo works unsociable hours and for the most part manages to make herself unavailable during daylight.

Jo is our administrator and chiefly responsible for most of the boring stuff like v.a.t and accountancy...... (yawn.)

Jo's favourite cake is Citrus Lemon Vodka Cake.   This is made with an award winning recipe and has a generous helping of warmed lemon Vodka poured into the cake as soon as it is baked.   It's wickedly alcoholic.
