Paul does everything, or so he would have you believe.   He takes a real pride in baking and trying out new innovative Wedding Cake recipes, which seriously contributes to the failed diets of his colleagues.

Paul also covers most of the cakes with a flawlessly smooth icing or rich Belgian Chocolate Coverture.  

Apparently Paul is the best looking member of the team.....

Paul's favouite Wedding cake recipe is Italian Cream Cake, a beautifully moist fluffy textured cake, speckled with coconut and  filled with fresh vanilla buttercream.
